Property Division Industry Expert Awards 2016

Awards 2016

Time is running out to give the best individuals and companies in the property industry the recognition they deserve.

Public voting in the 2016 Property Division Industry Experts Awards closes on Friday 15 April.

Property Division launched its awards to recognise industry professionals and organisations that have achieved excellence in their marketing and communications strategies and generated inspiring concepts that promote the industry as a whole.

Nelly Berova, CEO of Art Division – the company behind the Property Division website – explains: “There are many estate agents who take great pride of their work and go the extra mile to deliver a stand-out service by educating and correctly informing their clients about the property market and the obstacles and opportunities it presents.

“Home owners and landlords expect a lot more from their estate agents than just having their property advertised on a portal. The property professionals who have learned to embrace digital communication have continued to grow their businesses and maintained a healthy client list.

“It’s precisely those property professionals we feel need more recognition through our Industry Expert Awards.

Intense competition

Competition in each of the 15 categories is intense.

Our eight judges, who include Estate Agent Today editor Graham Norwood, Daily Telegraph journalist Elizabeth Anderson and Knight Frank’s Art Director Efi Ntoumouzi, spent hours agonising over which of the high quality finalists should go through to the shortlist.

And no wonder. High-profile national estate agents, such as Foxtons, Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward and Winkworth, as well as specialist boutique firms based all over the UK have all entered the Property Division Awards.

Kieran Chalker, of London-based boutique agency Garton Jones – which is shortlisted for six awards – says: “It is very pleasing that the efforts we make to keep vendors, landlords, property buyers and tenants fully informed about their best options in the property market are paying off.

“We’ve urged every one of our clients to vote for us.”

Alistair Boscawen, of Belgravia estate agent Best Gapp, also got in touch with the Property Division Awards team to express his joy at being shortlisted in the Small Estate Agency Blog of the Year and Best Agency Website categories.

Who meets the gold standard in digital marketing is now down to you. Click here to vote for the Best Estate, Letting, Commercial and Investment Agent Blog, together with the Best Agency Blog Post, Website, Facebook Page, Twitter Page and the Most Innovative Digital Campaign of the Year.

To encourage voting, we’ve made the process simple. Just enter your name and email address before selecting your favourite entry in each category.

Your vote will decide which agencies on our shortlist gain national TV exposure. Property Panorama, the weekly show on Sky Channel 238, is filming an episode about the Property Division Industry Experts Awards that will feature interviews with our Gold Award winners.

Thanks in advance for your vote – it means a lot to every agency that has been shortlisted.
